Travel day to Gjirokastër, Albania

We were served breakfast on our balcony in the morning ... it was huge ... the breakfast, not the balcony ...

Then we walked the prominade one more time

We drove half an hour south to visit the archeaological site of Butrint. This city was already a fortified by the 4th century B.C. This theatre was built in the 3rd century.

We then drove towards Gjirokastër where we will be staying for three nights. Along the way we stopped at a place called Blue Eye, a spring of very clear water.
